- For your benefit. Rievent uses the Software as a Service (SaaS) model of software deployment. The Rievent Platform™ is hosted as a service and provided to our customers across the Internet. By eliminating the need to install and run the application on our customer's own computers, SaaS alleviates our customer's burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation, and support. Our customers quickly integrate and deploy best-of-breed solutions with a low barrier to entry and cost savings.
- Stay current. The Platform uses modern methodologies and technologies to enhance the user interface experience and provide increasingly more sophisticated and flexible data analysis tools. A well organized relational database backs the application providing fast and secure data access and data integrity.
- Mature. Established in 2000, Rievent Technologies has a proven record of success. Rievent has hosted thousands of on-line activities for hundreds of thousands of participants, recorded millions of answers to survey and test questions, and provided detailed reporting along the way, leading to our client's continued success. At a quarter of a million lines of mature tested code, we are serious about software engineering.
- Consistent quality. The production process is automated by a template system and production wizard tools. Production templates and the production wizard allow non-technical staff to accurately create new online activities providing a high degree of quality control and consistency.
- Get automated. The platform core contains an email engine and job scheduler as a means of automated correspondence and scheduling of recurring jobs.
- You have permission. A hierarchical account and permission system provides a security infrastructure to provide a flexible access control system for you and your customers.
- Foreign Language Options. Internationalization is supported. All attendee facing pages are internationalized in English and Spanish. Additional languages may be added by simply providing translated language resources files.
- Your data is safe with us. Our hardware architecture is top-of-the-line and features high-end redundant servers. Data is stored in a relational database management system on Redundant Array of Independent Disks (RAID) and frequent backups are conducted and are stored on and off site.
- We keep an eye out. Servers are electronically monitored both internally and externally and engineering support staff is on-call at all times. All servers are behind Internet firewalls and are physically secured. In our nine plus year history, Rievent has maintained exceptional up-time.
