Pricing Philosophy

Rievent offers several pricing models and options to give customers flexibility in choosing the right approach based on their needs. There are solutions for customers that run a few programs and desire to stay hands-off to our low cost self-service model where customers create and manage their own activities using simple web-based production tools. Additionally, Rievent works with enterprise customers to meet enterprise integration and data migration goals and requirements.

Enterprise Level

Organizations have spent many years developing their CME models and websites. As a result, many of our customers have unique requirements. The Rievent Platform™ is an economical, flexible and scalable solution that integrates seamlessly into any new or existing website or portal. Rievent has years of experience with all types of integration from single user sign on to visual and domain theming, entitlement rights management, and import of legacy data. Publishers, Societies, Accredited Providers, Medical Education Companies and other large organizations can efficiently manage the CME process and effortlessly transform data into actionable, comprehensive business intelligence.

Self Service Production

Customers select one of three Feature Editions listed in the chart below. Each edition provides a level of service that includes the features of prior editions. Customers build their own programs from templates using an intuitive Production Wizard and Production Templates.

Production Templates

Customers utilize a Production Wizard available in their Client Dashboard account to access and use Production Templates to create programs. The Customer's subscribed Feature Edition determines which features are available within a Production Template and which Production Templates are available within the Customer's Client Dashboard account.

Rievent Production

Rievent recognizes that some organizations may desire to outsource production. Additionally, some activities require a higher degree of customization than the Self Service model facilitates, such as Performance Improvement CME and Maintenance of Certification. For such cases, a Rievent Production engineer can manage the entire production process from requirements to launch.
