Comparative-based outcomes
A comparative-based outcomes methodology captures pre-program, post-program, and or follow-up data through surveys, tests, or evaluations and analyzes the change in response. The Rievent Platform™ automates the process of collecting and reporting on comparative-based outcomes during the educational process and at intervals after the activity. The Rievent Platform's advanced job scheduler and email capabilities automate follow-up email correspondence and data collection. Attractive reporting summarizes results with options for detailed drill-down.
Case-based outcomes
Case-based outcomes measure clinical practice patterns and the differences associated with exposure to education. The methodology uses case-vignettes to measure application of knowledge in practice and measures success by comparing participants with a control group that did not receive educational exposure. The Rievent Platform™ provides reporting and analysis.
Performance Improvement
Performance Improvement CME (PI) is defined by the AMA as a structured, self-directed, long-term educational process. The process consists of three stages, which are sequentially rolled out over several months. Through this process, the physician reviews past patient charts; determines, makes, and evaluates improvements; and ultimately reflects on the progress achieved in the quality of care of their patients. The Rievent Platform™ automates performance improvement data collection, improves participation using a series of automated reminder emails to keep physicians engaged in PI program, implements the performance improvement business logic, and provides comprehensive reporting.
